REDUCING THE FINANCIAL BURDEN ON CANDIDATES


PLACEMENT FEE:

Unless otherwise prohibited by the host country, Philippine regulations allow a Placement Agency, such as Chesham Recruitment Inc., to charge the equivalent of one month's salary to the hired employee, as a placement fee. However, Chesham Recruitment Inc. endevours to keep candidate costs to a minimum.


LIMITED COSTS ACTUALLY CHARGED TO CANDIDATES:

From the very beginning of it's interaction with a candidate, Chesham Recruitment Inc. explains very clearly what costs will actually be paid, either by the candidate directly, or by Chesham Recruitment Inc. on his/her behalf, in processing the candidate for overseas employment.
In addition, at the end of the recruitment process and before departure overseas, each successful candidate receives a detailed statement of all costs paid by Chesham Recruitment Inc., on his/her behalf, supported by copies of official receipts. Such costs typically include the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) processing fee, the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) membership fee and the Philhealth insurance premium. Other costs, such as those for document authentication, medical examination and Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) are paid directly, to the relevant organisation, by the candidate.

All candidates, whether successful or unsuccessful, receive original official receipts, for any costs paid by Chesham Recruitment Inc., on behalf of the candidate, at the time that such payment is received from the candidate.
