GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF RESUMES

  • A Word formatted resume is MANDATORY.  Please do not submit more than one resume. Your qualifications and experience will be carefully evaluated against all open vacancies.

  • Please ensure that there are no spaces in the file name under which you save your resume.

  • Please clearly indicate the precise educational Diploma/Degree/Certificate which you have obtained.
    If you are an undergraduate, please indicate the precise period of attendance at the educational institution and the month/year in which you left.

  • Your resume will ultimately be reviewed by non-Philippine representatives of a foreign employer.  Therefore, you must clearly and precisely describe your current and previous employer(s) and your working experience.  For example - the 'star' rating and the number of rooms, in the hotel in which you are working as a Guest Services Executive; the type of cuisine and the extent of your exposure to international clientle, in the restaurant in which you are working as a Waitress; the number of beds and their speciality, in the hospital in which you are working as a Nurse; the precise subjects taught and the precise periods of time spent on each subject, together with details of class size, at the school in which you are working as a Teacher; the number of stories in a building, in which you are working as a Maintenance Engineer;
    the number of stores, with a precise description of products, in a retail chain, in which you are working
    as a Sales Consultant.
  • Please do not paste a company issued job description on your resume. We need to know instead,
    the actual and precise duties performed by you.

  • You cannot leave unexplained gaps in your employment record, longer than 90 days.
    Such gaps must be clearly explained
    ,irrespective of the reason that they exist.

  • All dates must be in Month/Year format, not just indicating the year of employment.

  • You MUST attach a recent 2x2 photograph, otherwise your resume will not be evaluated.  Please be aware that the photographs you attach are an important part of your effort to present yourself favorably to an employer. The photographs should not be casual, but should indicate a candidate with a professional appearance - well groomed and well dressed - and with a friendly smile.

  • Please ensure that you give the names and contact details of two references.
