1) All resumes are carefully reviewed, for a potential match against current vacancies.

2) Successful candidates from this initial selection process, are telephoned
for further screening, which will emphasize English fluency and motivation/energy.

3) Candidates who pass the telephone screening interview, are then invited to a seminar,which will cover Chesham Recruitment Inc.'s detailed approach to selecting and preparing candidates for an interview with a foreign employer and for a role in an overseas enviornment,together with a detailed discussion on the minimal candidate costs involved.

A detailed introduction to the prospective employer,including a detailed description of the specifics of the employer's contract of employment,plus a detailed introduction to the host country,are all included in this seminar,which is free of charge to candidates.

4) Following their attendance at the seminar,candidates are then personally interviewed, by a Chesham recruiter.

5) Candidates who have a successful Chesham interview, are then presented to a
visiting employer's representative, who will make the final decision on the
candidates employment.
